We have worked with Madeline on home purchases, refinances and over the years on random financing questions as well as general support. She is always available, super friendly and works to understand our concerns and desired outcome. We look forward to our next home purchase or whatever really if we get to work with Madeline. Madeline has done both a refinance and brand new mortgage for us and both times she was incredibly patient and knowledgeable about all of our options. She always had our best interest in mind and dealt with probably over a hundred phone calls from us with questions. She was so, so kind and always made time for us.
