I've worked with Madeline multiple times over the past 15 years and keep coming back. She's always been incredibly responsive and timely, adjusts to feedback, can move quickly and was able to handle our somewhat complicated situation with multiple borrowers (one of whom was older and not digitally savvy). We have worked with Madeline on home purchases, refinances and over the years on random financing questions as well as general support. Madeline has done both a refinance and brand new mortgage for us and both times she was incredibly patient and knowledgeable about all of our options.
