Madeline has done both a refinance and brand new mortgage for us and both times she was incredibly patient and knowledgeable about all of our options. She always had our best interest in mind and dealt with probably over a hundred phone calls from us with questions. She was so, so kind and always made time for us. I think she is probably the best mortgage officer you could work with.

Everyone was great to work with. Especially wanted to give a shout out to Madeline Wong. She was a total rock star and I really enjoyed working with her. As a first time home buyer it’s easy to have some stress and get overwhelmed, she was great. Answered everything I could ask for and really put my mind at ease knowing I was in good hands and really seemed she was looking out for my best interest. 10 out of 10
