So I guess this provider works at the ER at Kaweah Delta and she is not a preferred provider for the insurance. Kaweah takes insurance and then hire providers that are not on the insurance panels and then you have to pay for a surprise bill. No disclosure how is this even legal. Now if you go for ER service make sure you tell them not to tough you if they are not on your insurance panel what a bullshit scam.
