Was unclear and vague about the price. Included extra stuff in my appointment that I didn’t ask for and then charged me for it later on. Charged me $400 total for highlights which is outrageous and totally took advantage. My hairdresser was Alexia Robert’s. She was very personable, friendly and easy to talk to, and took her time with my hair, which was nice but overall mainly mad because no one should be paying $400 for not even a full head of highlights. I’ve been coming to Madeline for 2 years now. She’s amazing. She asks all the right questions to understand what you are looking for and I always leave looking and feeling great. She is very personable, kind, and easy to talk to. She also pays attention to details. I appreciate her beyond words. Nothing beats having someone you can rely on to do your hair, and know it’s always going to come out looking great.
