I’ve been going here for a couple years to see Dr. Ouyang for foot problems. She does an amazing job! Listens carefully making sure she’s understanding what you’re explaining. She did my surgery in December and was very helpful answering questions that I or my boyfriend had. After care was amazing, I could reach out with any questions and was never made to feel I was being a pain. Didn’t have to wait long for an answer or reply either! I highly recommend Madelia Health!
One of their IT staff members was rude — he answered my call and hung up before I was finished speaking.
Was having extreme pain in my back. Was told I was drug seeking. I didnt even ask the DR. She just assumed because i told the nurse I was in extreme pain. Offered me steriods, I declined the treatment. Made me sign a peice of paper that I was checking out against her professional opinion. Next ER, told me I was drug after being notified by Madelia Health. Thanks to Barney Fife, real diagnosis and treatment for the gull stone that was blocking my bile duct was delayed.
