I just witnessed Mr. Madel in action and it was awesome. I observed from the packed gallery. Mr. Madel argued in front of the Honorable Judge Wahl in Hennepin County Court. If I'm not mistaken, it was/is a landmark first-amendment case, because this is the first case to be litigated under the new UPEPA in Minnesota.
