Just moved in and we LOVE our apartment! Daria was so helpful and friendly. The unit looks great and Daria sent us a virtual tour of the apartment before we moved in since we were relocating, which was great! We are excited to get to know the area better. Thanks Daria and Lexington!
Horrible rude management. Apartments are poorly constructed. Our windows didn't latch and we had to use rods in the tracks. I don't think there was a moisture barrier ever installed. We had to run 2 dehumidifiers all summer or the carpet would feel wet. Black gunk seeped up through the linoleum. When it came time that we wanted to break our lease, management found excuses to walk through the apartment every few days for weeks with less than 24 hours notice, taking pictures of our apartment and belongings. Property managers have no customer service. Guess they don't need to when they are so big. Dog waste on all grassy areas around complex. " dog park "was seeded and now full of mud. Can loudly hear Hwy 29 in the parking lot.. no sound proofing in floor/ceiling between apts..garbage overflowing much of the time.. driveway very icy all winter. Did not salt anything, even icy area in front of door
