Kim in the office is always friendly and helpful whenever you need assistance. I appreciate her humble, down-to-earth, and laid-back personality. Compared to other complexes I've lived in, the Madeira staff, as a whole, keep the place much cleaner and provide updated apartments with nice cupboards and carpet.
