I had a very disappointing stay with MadeComfy. From early in the booking, multiple serious maintenance issues were present and remained unresolved for the majority of my stay. These included a non-functional dishwasher, electrical issues with the washing machine circuit, an unusable shower due to plumbing and sealing problems, and missing additional beds that were part of the booking. Easy to make our booking in Canberra and staff were very helpful in our registration process. Great accommodation and they were ready to assist with any issues we had. Lovely unit in the centre of Canberra with everything you could possibly need!
We had an enjoyable time at the Lyons apartment. It was spacious and comfortable and well stocked with crockery cutlery and utensils. The beds were comfortable enabling a good night's sleep. The safety and security aspect of the apartment was a big winner as well. We had a few maintenance issues which have been promptly addressed by Made Comfy. My apartment was Hosted by Made Comfy for a year, my sales were down over $10k from previous host (Canbnb) in the same time frame. Recently I ended my contract with them, gave my 3 months notice and barely got a booking in that time. Also I have rang and emailed a number of times without reply with questions related for a smooth handover. Since they are not receiving my money anymore common decency and respect is no applied!
