I made a booking for a relative from overseas who was planning on visiting at Christmas. Unfortunately they have had to cancel their trip. It has taken nearly a month to cancel my booking (done via the chat, email and 3 phone calls). The last call finally appeared to cancel my booking but my refund has yet to be processed. Everything is just hard with this company, you need to use a portal, they make you provide ID online with the threat of cancelling bookings, they’re a joke. If you like convenience, avoid them

My wife, adult son and I recently stayed in an apartment managed by MadeComy but will never make that mistake again. We had to temporarily move out of our Canberra home while the floors were being done and all three of us had jobs to get do, so we were grateful for the “spacious two-bedroom apartment with two car spaces”. * AVOID AT ALL COSTS * We just rented an apartment in Gungahlin and on the first night we noticed cockroaches in the bathrooms, showers and kitchen. The second night we spent 4 hours from 12am to 4am killing and cleaning hundreds of cockroaches. This then continued every night for the entire 6 night stay. The place is absolutely disgusting. They charged a $183 cleaning fee in the price however the carpets had food in them, there were dirty bowls and plates with old food stacked in the cupboards along with the “cleaned” plate... read more
