Dr. Joe & staff were awesome!!! They explained my aftercare thoroughly and Dr. Joe even followed up with me personally. Not saying I love going to the dentist now but I am definitely less apprehensive.
I would never go back there. They owe me a refund and have stalled for months. They can't even tell me who is taking care of it The dental work was so bad, my insurance company refused payment to them
I loved MadeYa Smile in Katy, until they hired a new dentist. He has no empathy for patients and is the least gentle dentist I've been to in the last 20 years.
My experience was good. I did not have to wait long at any point. The staff was extremely personable and made me very comfortable. Easy access to the office and very friendly staff.
The staff are friendly and amenities are great. I was very nervous at first but the staff and doctor made me feel totally relaxed. The staff are very professional, warm and friendly. I would recommend them to people who are looking for a dentist.
I had a root cannel and crown done. Very little to no pain after. The office is very clean and modern. The staff is really friendly and they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable.
My experience was awesome. You all made me feel very comfortable and the staff is very nice. Everyone was polite, the wait times were very short and the prices were very reasonable. I will be back in 6 months.
