Similar to the previous review, Rick delayed and delayed and finally stopped responding all together. I lent him a brand new chair so he could make a sample and he has disappeared with it. I trusted him. As a newly single mom on a budget, this hit hard. Rick, please get in touch!!!!
This review is not meant to bash this business but to create awareness for those that may do business with Rick Taylor and his partners. I’m the owner of a national courier and freight company which provided services for Rick Taylor. Services which where rendered years ago. The amount was not worth to pursue legally for me. Unfortunately after almost 8-12 month delays on most of our custom furniture orders, the owner, RICK TAYOR from Made to Measure Modern has stopped answering our calls. The physical shop was closed with piles of unopened boxes outside their door. Our clients feel deceived and fed up with 6 months of constant lies and no shows for multiple delivery dates and times.
