We went under contract with MADE in May 2021 and I regret that decision every day. Overcharged for mediocre products, their options for various types of products are extremely limited. They randomly choose to assign a change order if you select something that is out of stock. You have no ability to log into your account to view payments, look at your dashboard and check if your being overcharged. Trust me, you are. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! We are 15 months from when I signed a contract with them, thinking it would be an easy and painless all in one solution for our bathroom remodel. We are six months after demolition and our bathroom is still unusable, and now the contractor and made cannot agree on some terms that no one will tell us about, and we are stalled without an end in sight. The quality of the materials is sub-standard and cheap. Made's "procurement team" ships everything in a huge pallet and you cannot inspect upon delivery. They do not tell you when it will be delivered - the materials just randomly shows up. The floor tile was not consistent with the design board, requiring a change order that Made said I was responsible for. Shower door was cheap, and scratched upon delivery. Zero value. It's been nearly a year since the process started and still have broken ground, poor communication, designs were useless and way over priced given the quality you will get. Avoid at all costs.

Signed contract for a small bathroom remodel in July 2022….6 months later, still haven’t started demo. I send numerous emails to the Made Team with no response. I am actually growing concerned that this may be a sham operation and I may need to get outside legal counsel involved….
