Made in the Shade installed automated screens on our back patio to block the sun and also provide a fully enclosed space to protect our furniture. There was a manufacturing defect on one of the shade components that was identified the day of the install so they were unable to complete everything that day, but the manufacturer quickly sent the repair parts and MITS finished the install in short order. We'd contacted several other local outdoor blinds' companies before deciding to hire Made in the Shade to install a large blind on our back porch. Unlike their competitors, Made in the Shade's team responded promptly, offered suggestions about which blind and fabric would work best, provided us with a reasonable estimate for the materials and labor, and subsequently installed the porch blind as promised.
