We got automatic honeycomb blinds (13 total), an exterior door with a window with internal blinds, and a shutter 3 years ago and every step with this company was easy. We've had some issues with the blinds (due to the company that makes the blinds and it was all covered under the warranty). Made in the shade always sends someone out fast to try to fix the issues. Made in the Shade installed automated screens on our back patio to block the sun and also provide a fully enclosed space to protect our furniture. There was a manufacturing defect on one of the shade components that was identified the day of the install so they were unable to complete everything that day, but the manufacturer quickly sent the repair parts and MITS finished the install in short order. We'd contacted several other local outdoor blinds' companies before deciding to hire Made in the Shade to install a large blind on our back porch.
