We had a great experience working with Piper. She came to our house with samples and we were able to order new shades for our entire house within the hour. We got three different shades for different areas. The motorized shades are sleek. Ours work by remote, and we can raise and lower them from both the top and botton. Expensive, but worth the cost. We chose to use Made In The Shade- Bellevue for a refresh in our business waiting area. Piper made the selection process a breeze. She came out to our location with lots of samples, took the time to listen to our requirements, and showed us the best options. The project turned out great and her installation folks were quick, thorough, and clean. 5 stars plus for Piper and her crew. We'll definitely use MITS- Bellevue again with our future blind needs!
