Yarn bleed and ruined my work. When I asked for a refund or exchange they blamed it on me and when I sent them this video they refused to refund or exchange.
Love Made In America Yarns! Wonderful service, wonderful products and so glad to have a domestic yarn mill I can source from for my small weaving business.
I bought some yarns. I was looking for the policy on the website, ( awful oINE by the way)! Yarns were like old yarns and not strength enough. I emailed them , never replied. So I called then. The manager was very rude and refused to refund me just exchange. I contacted PayPal and I did have my money back. An awful experience with them. Not recommend them at all.
