My husband and I both did the 14-day detox at the same time. While we wouldn’t necessarily recommend doing it together, we both recommend the detox. It gave us the reset we needed without feeling drained and depleted. Laura coached us through the program and the end result was well worth it. Inflammation and digestion were noticeably better and cravings were finally managed. We highly recommend it!
