I had a FANTASTIC experience at the MAC store in the Mall of America the other night! So much so, that I felt inclined to write a positive review.I had an issue with a defective product, and Julien went above and beyond to help me, and make it right! Julien was helpful and friendly, and even reached out to the Manager, Lexi, who had just left for the night. Super nice staff!! Amazing customer service! I was able to get a foundation match sample and will be coming back to purchase full size! Had a great visit :) I don’t remember who helped me but she was so sweet!
Worst customer service ever.
Extremely disappointing customer service. The staff was rude and unhelpful, making the experience frustrating and unpleasant.
UPDATED REVIEW The staff is friendly and the place is clean. There aren't teenie boppers running around like Ulta or Sephora. It's a bit expensive it the product is worth it. If you have a Cosmo license you can sign up for discounts.
