Absolute terrible service. Questioned the authenticity of my employment and refused a visit to one of their available properties because the other potential occupant(fiancé) was out of town, even offered to work with them by suggesting a skype/facetime to accomodate their rules, but it still wasn't good enough. Not to mention they were very rude when I tried to explain the situation (Family emergency to take care of a sick loved one). Please find someone else to be your landlord, not worth the headache.
The Maddy’s are wonderful people and have been my favorite landlords! They are quick to reply and are very helpful hard working people!
Well she's the only one I called after 5 who answered the phone so there's the 1 star I had to give. But she refused to give me any information about comparable sales in the area for the home we wanted to list...
