This was my first time at Maddux orthodontics. Exceptional customer service was the only way to describe my experience. My arm was actually in a splint when I came for my initial visit, I received a get well soon card a couple of days later for an injury not relevant to my mouth. The staff is amazing. Very well maintained, quiet, modern office. Friendly and personable staff, I have never had an unpleasant experience. I have had my braces for almost a year now and feel very confident and comfortable with Dr. Maddux and his staff. Dr. Maddux is also very generous, from the prize wheel to his frequent giveaways. Definitely will continue recommending Maddux Orthodontics!
Dr. Maddux and his team took over our old Orthodontist's practice. He & his team are great, understanding, and generally helpful group. They have update communication with their patients even during inclement weather. My family recommends this practice and we still have a few more mouths for them to work in in the future.

Top notch all the way around, my son Izziah is currently here perfecting his smile.. I would recommend Maddux Orthodontics to anyone. Even if you are in another city, its worth the trip.. Cleanliness, smiling faces, caring staff, are just a few items that are a bonus to their expertise.
