I purchased a home in Maddox Landing in May 2024. My family and I absolutely love the home and lot we have. The quality of work, design & layout, and the home's features speak volumes to the high standards and effort UnionMain puts into building houses. This is a new construction home, so once we got moved in and starting using the home as intended, we noticed some minor issues (which is to be expected).
