Great and prompt service. I had lost a lot of weight and all my watches were too loose. I called up Maddox and Ricky, the owners answered and said her could help me. Two different trips with three different watches and I'm all fixed up. Support your local businesses, folks! Independent businesses like Maddox Jewelers need your support!

He was right on top of my repairs and returned promptly as he expected it to be ready. Communication was 100% A+. Would not hesitate to leave my jewelry with him for any work/repairs if needed.
