Used to be an outstanding company but the competition ate them up! Quality of workmanship along with their cusomer care has gone downhill - go elsewhere, there are many better companies out there. I have found one!
I have used Maddox Irrigation for multiple houses over the years, never again. I called and left a message for the owner to call me about my issue and sent an email, no response. Because the lack of care here goes my 1 Star review. I bought the house brand ne in 2018, with property stakes still in the ground and some how they managed to put a sprinkler in my neighbors yard.
