I have been a patient there for over 5 years, and today they will be losing me as a patient! Dr.Marilyn Hepperle was disgusting for my telehelp visit. Mind you, my doctor (Dr.Allen) has gone on a leave. My whole family goes here and they get you taken care of! They've worked with teachers schedules, and college schedules quite easily.
The technician was great! He listened to our issues with our AC unit and offered several ways we could fix our issues! I truly appreciate him giving us options including the price for each! He was on time and very professional! We are really happy we called Porter Heating & Air Conditioning!
