They were responsive and friendly during inquiry and scheduling. Rick was the electrician that came to complete the service. He was also friendly, attentive to details and completed all the work quickly. We will request him when we call Maddox Electrical again and we would recommend them for anyone looking for an electrician .
The electricians are honest, competent, reliable, fairly priced, consistent, and thorough. Rick did an excellent job performing maintenance on our house generator and was able to effectively trouble shoot and repair our issue. I absolutely recommend this team without question. I have used them for general electrical service and unique repairs and they have excelled in both.

Maddox Electrical completed inside/outside panel upgrades, corrected wiring issues which I was totally not aware of, installed recessed lighting, and rerouted switches. He is professional, through, and hard working. Hire him you will not be disappointed! He is my new go to electrician. Thank you Maddox Electrical!
