Carmel came out free of charge to help inspect my new home. She was able to fill out a form to get me a sizable discount on my homeowner's insurance policy, since she confirmed we have hail resistant shingles. She took a comprehensive look around our property as well. Carmel is straightforward with her recommendations and not pushy whatsoever. When the time comes for us to do any exterior renovations, Maddox Construction will be the first I call!
I had my house and garage roofs replaced. Maddox was prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, professional and available if had any questions. The roof looks great and the clean-up was great as well.
We got our roof replaced in March 2025. The Maddox Construction team was UH.MAZE.ING! They were in and out in ONE day, did an awesome job (especially with the flashing), and disappeared without a trace. My partner, who used to do home inspection was thoroughly impressed with their work. A bonus is that when we decided we needed to sell our house, the warranty was/is transferable, so EVERYONE will be covered for years to come. Thank you, Maddox Construction!!
