I do not have enough words to describe how wonderful and helpful Maddison and Jason have been through the whole house buying process. As a first time buyer, I had so many fears and doubts going in, but they both are very insightful and incredibly resourceful that it made me feel so much more comfortable. Maddison and Jason were so helpful throughout the entire buying process! They helped coordinate everything and presented each step so clearly. This was especially important since it was my first time buying a home. So glad they were there to walk me through it all!
We cannot recommend Maddison and Jason enough! Selling our old home while purchasing our new one came with countless challenges and unexpected roadblocks, and there were several moments where we truly thought the deals might fall through. Through every inspection issue, negotiation, appraisal concern, and last-minute hurdle, they worked tirelessly to keep everything moving forward. What stood out most was their dedication, communication, and ability to problem-solve under pressure. Every time a new obstacle came up, Maddison... read more
Maddison did remarkably well to close our sale simultaneously with the sale of the Buyer’s property
Madison was perfect!! She went above and beyond and provided all the showing information for us so we could see the listing and all of their documents. This made it really convenient to compare the properties. She is very knowledgeable about the area and knew her way around multiple areas. She was a wealth of knowledge for us on the buying process in NC as this was our first purchase in the state. She was a joy to work with and I would highly recommend her!!
