My family and I have been using the facility for over a year. I've had nothing but positive interactions with Macy behind the counter. Staff are always polite and accommodating and open with communication. Facilities are clean and well maintained and provide assistance in the form of trolleys that can be used to move large items in and out of storage.
I am a long term customer of the facility. I was at Maddington Storage this evening, the young manager was left with 20 mins left of her shift and it was pouring with rain, I came to do the paperwork for my new unit (I had an appointment booked to do so) and a lady came through the door demanding service and pushed infront of me! Misleading Hours and Rude Service! I walked into Maddington Self Storage today (Wednesday 23rd July 2025) at 5:10 PM, genuinely needing to secure a storage unit as I’m relocating to a different town. According to their website, they are supposed to close at 5:30 PM, but the lady at the reception bluntly told me they were closed and showed no interest in assisting me.
