My experience here was absolutely unacceptable. The secretary’s behavior was shockingly rude from the moment we discussed a cancellation fee I had never been told about. Instead of explaining anything, she was disrespectful, confrontational, and completely unprofessional. She even called me rude — after openly admitting that she was the one being rude.
