My experience here was absolutely unacceptable. The secretary’s behavior was shockingly rude from the moment we discussed a cancellation fee I had never been told about. Instead of explaining anything, she was disrespectful, confrontational, and completely unprofessional. She even called me rude — after openly admitting that she was the one being rude. I highly recommend Dr. Maddigan and his office personnel. I am a new patient who has had a "filling" and a "cleaning". Everyone was professional and made me feel at ease.

Everyone in Dr. Maddigan‘s office is very nice. They put you at ease the minute. you walk in the door with their friendliness. My hygienist, Colleen, is thorough, answered my questions & provided information all while being personable. I can say the same about Dr. Maddigan. Dr. Maddigan has been my family's dentist since 1998. For me, he has specifically built a front bridge for teeth lost in an accident. They look better than the originals. I agree with all of the other positive comments listed here as well. A-#1 in my book!
