Horrible horrible experience. No one was present at the office today (July 28th)when our keys were supposed to be turned in, despite paperwork stating you must hand keys to a person. Multiple people came and went utterly confused and the voicemail was extremely unhelpful. Never Ever Ever Rent Hometeam Properties!
Can't stand these people. Super unprofessional. Would rather live on the street than ever deal with these people.
Absolutely the worst run real estate management company around! I can not tell you the countless times we've reported something as broken in our house only for them to say "We'll have someone out today" and they never come! Not to mention when we moved into our house, the walls were soggy from leaking pipes. The entire wall needed to come down and doing that they spread LEAD DUST all over our home and didn't even bother to clean it up. THIS PLACE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU! My drain has been broken for almost a week and they still will not come out and fix it. They keep saying they will come out "that day" but never show and mark it as done. There has been mold in my drain for over a week and they will not come! I also have not been able to shower, and when I call they just send me to voicemail. Not only is this unprofessional, but a health hazard for potential legal action. Horrible experience all around with employees, maintenance, showings, etc. The apartment I have lived in for 4 years was recently bought by Hometeam Properties and they managed to ruin everything in less than a year. I would highly suggest renting from a different company.
Highly suggest renting from someone else. Too big of a company to care about their tenants.
