Horrible experience. We are in the process of trying to file a complaint against her. She takes the money up front and then getting her to do anything is like pulling teeth, including getting back to you on something. She is pleasant when you talk to her but she fails to do a competent job once she is hired and gets your money. Something that we were told would only take 6 months took 2 years to complete. We finally had to do some of the stuff ourselves to finally get our corrected birth certificate for our daughter. And she... read more
