Professional attitude office staff and Dr. Madden. Excellent surgical procedure with NO pain days after surgery as well. Excellent bedside manor helped decrease anxiety... Highly recommend...
Went with my husband to see Dr. Madden. He explained everything to him and he is a wonderful, caring doctor. His staff is charming and very friendly. Great experience and great doctor.
I have been a patient of Dr Madden for a number of years for both in office visits and one surgical procedure. His office is one doctors office I don’t mind going to. The staff is always pleasant. The office is easy to reach by phone and scheduling appts is not a problem as it is at so many other doctors offices. I had one or two emergency needs and he was able to get me in same day. I am happy to recommend him.
If I can give a zero star I would. First of all, Doctor was running late and didn't even apologize. The receptionist is very rude. She does not even greet you when you come in except to ask for your Insurance cards, which I called my Insurance company to say I was not seen, I'm sure they will try to bill and I will dispute it. As soon as she hangs up with a patient, she talks nasty about them. Music incredibly loud in the waiting room. Not sure if the receptionist and Doctor are married or related, but they are perfect for e... read more
