we've been using Madden for several years now. Rich has been keeping our 27 year old furnace and air running. This year 2023 I got tired of spending money on it. I talked with Rich and he gave me, what I thought was a good price on a new York furnace and air. It was installed in June over a day and half. We had a problem with our air conditioner. Called Madden Heating & Air Conditioning. Rich came out the same day I called, assessed the problem. He stated that before he was done everything was going to be running perfectly! He scheduled a repair time in a timely manner. The air conditioner is running smoothly as promised. He also followed up with a phone call and visit to make sure. I highly recommend Madden Heating!!! I called them to come clean our air ducts - so much dust in our house. I checked prices around town and they were the most reasonable and the reviews I read were really good. The two gentlemen that came to our house arrived on time and were very professional and knowledgeable. They answered any questions I had and were very personable.
