Jeff came out to replace a broken torsion spring and also found a couple other parts that were very worn out. This guy is great, I am very handy myself so I am normally exceedingly hard on trades people and this guy really impressed me and didn't try to oversell or be pushy on anything. I was on the fence between doing this myself and having it done for me and I couldn't be any happier with the service Jeff provided. I would feel great having him help my grandma that's how good he was. 15 out of 10.

I had Eric here this morning to repair my garage door. He did a fantastic job. First off, he was on-time, as I had an appointment. Actually, he was a few minutes early. He got right to work after I had explained what had happened. He was very knowledgeable and experienced. Madden Garage Door Repair Inc. responded to my request for a quote quickly and was very competitive on pricing. We agreed on scope and time for install and he came as promised. The serviceman kept his word and the 2 openers he installed have been working great ever since. He also took the time to fix an annoying squeaking problem with one of my doors. I'm extremely satisfied.

The price they charged was more than fair. Eric the serviceman was very professional and right on time.
