Short version: Save yourself some time. Stop looking through reviews - just call and ask for Troy. Long version: I had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday afternoon. It was quite the mess, needing urgent help to clear the clogs in my tenant's toilets and showers. Troy was the plumber who came to my home. He arrived 2.5 hours early on a chilly day after giving me a call, which was great. There was a leak in the hot water line going to my kitchen faucet. He provided an estimate for fixing the leak and also explained the option to completely replace the 40-year-old plumbing under the sink. Experienced a major sewer line blockage and was struggling to locate the cleanout trap. Two impressive individuals, one of them Troy, arrived to assist me. They initially attempted to solve the issue through one of the vent pipes, but were unsuccessful. However, they remained determined and eventually located the main vent line at the end of the house in Benicia. Without a doubt, this was THE BEST experience I've ever had with a plumber. I had some urgent plumbing issues that were poorly addressed by a less than satisfactory independent plumber - things that were supposedly fixed remained problematic.
