From start to finish, MADD Roofing provided absolute top-tier customer service during our roof replacement. Right from the beginning, they were completely honest with their pricing and expectations—no hidden fees, no sales pressure. What we appreciated most was Brandon Howard, - (Project Manager) exceptional communication. Brandon was very professional and pleasant. I highly recommend this company. They repair my dryer vent, cleaned it out and put a new top on it, they put a ventilation in my attic, they fixed the roof for my solar fan, put a drip lip on the whole roof and fixed the fascia boards. My house on the outside looks as if nobody was here all day (clean up is fantastic). I am more than happy! Job well done!!!
I bought my A/C from Madd Air about 5 years ago and I couldn’t be happier. They are the best company I have dealt with. I had a slight problem with my roof and Brandon came out and assessed the situation. David came today and made the repairs and another gentleman cleaned off my roof. All three were wonderful people to deal with. These people know what they are doing and there is never pressure from anyone. Great company. Great products. Great people.
Nick and MADD Roofing just completed our roof replacement. Could not be happier in regard to the entire process from quote to completing the work.
Brandon Howard was exceptional and his willingness to make sure that his effort was extremely thorough and complete. I would hardly recommend both Brandon and MADD roofing for their professionalism. Thank you.
