This company cannot be trusted with supplying payments on time for supplies. I would not recommend doing business with them.
Cannot be trusted , will not pay you the money they owe. Avoid at all costs dealing with this company
Be cautious of selling anything related to building pallets to Jennifer Ford and her husband (owners of MadCity Pallets) as they will not reimburse you. I sold them $8600 worth of coiled nails back in December '22 and they have yet to reimburse me. It is now July '23 and I am constantly having to reach out to them in order to receive reimbursement. Be extremely cautious selling items such as lumber or nails to MadCity Pallets. They will not reimburse you. I sold them $8600 worth of coiled nails in December ‘22 and they have yet to reimburse me. I keep having to contact them and they say they’ll pay but they never do. Also…I’d be cautious of there A grade pallets. I had a client indicate that their A grades were more like B grades.
