We have enjoyed working with Madarinn Group for many years!
Our condo complex uses Madarinn as the management company. They are very lax in their responsibilities. They do not follow our complex bylaws, and do not do a good job with maintaining our facility. They do not answer emails in a timely manner, or at all. I do not have any first hand experience with other management companies, but this is one I would not recommend you consider.
We have owned condominiums since 2008 and have had several management companies represented at these buildings. I can only say I wish they were all managed by Madarinn Group. The customer service is superb, and they are easy to reach. Also, the property itself is always maintained and clean. Thank you all for making it easier for property owners.
