Dr Madappa is awesome. Very knowledgeable. Easy to talk to, listens to my concerns. Needs better staff and scheduling needs to be addressed. Too much wait time!!!
The office staff is by far the worst we’ve ever dealt with. Lack of concern and communication. Dr Madaapa is knowledgeable, but that is all. The Dr needs a staff to help him work effectively….. Biopsy results that have not been reviewed and we have not received a phone call. Also we had a breathing pft test and confirmed that morning of appt. Waited 2 hr. to see me, saw me for 5 min, and told me to come back next week. Next week a group subcontracted to check me. When I saw him he said we would send me to someone else. He was always angry He didn't. What a waste of my time and money.
