I got a silk press and a trim today. Everyone was very accommodating and professional. The girl who washed my hair was incredible. I’ve never had such a good head scrub! I don’t get my hair done often, but I will be back for maintenance trims. Thank you Madamedons!! Update: this was my first silk press, so I didn’t quite know what to expect. I just got a silk press from another salon and I realized that I didn’t actually get a silk press. I really do hate to write this review, but I need to put this out there so KATRINA can make some business changes. I have come here 3 times. Each time I booked an appointment with KATRINA the owner. The first visit, KATRINA did my hair and it came out beautiful. I was so happy I finally found a stylist in the Poconos. The next visit, she had a trainee (Spanish girl with limited English) doing my box braids? The girl continuously stopped after a couple braids to ask Katrina if the sizing was correct.
