I’ve been here for 3 years once my lease ends and I will say this is a pretty decent apartment complex. The positive is maintenance! They’re always maintaining the property on the daily. The lawn is well taken care of and they power wash the stairwells and even paint and keep things up kept. The facilities at the club house are pretty nice and the hot tub is a pretty awesome plus. I have been here for almost 6yrs love it has a beautiful pool and hot tub a fire pit a two grills if you like to cook out the people here are friendly the people who work here are amazing they really care and the outside is always well kept and maintenance is always right their when something goes wrong to fix it.
The BEST place to live because living here you’ll have the best Residential Support System from the Management, all of the ladies in the Office & all the way down to the Maintenance Crew! They’re all super Respectful, Responsive & Attentive to the needs of their Residents here at Mandalyn Landing!! The integrity & treatment you’ll receive here is impeccable hands down!!!
