I have chronic pain and Dr Magdala has treated me many times. He is great..... His office staff sucks big time! They do EVERYTHING possible to make it hard for you to get in for treatment. They constantly say they haven't gotten my required letter from my insurance carrier (Auto Owners Michigan pip) that my case worker ALWAYS sends immediately to them upon request and he has receipts for faxing said letter, but nope, they just say they didn't get it. The front office and billing team is horrible
My insurance carrier offered to help expedite my pre-auth, receptionist refused assistance. This pushed my next appt. too far back. Dr. Madala, himself, did what he was suppose to
I saw Dr. Madala years ago and had a series of epidural injections in my lumbar spine. Dr. Madala was very thorough in his evaluation of me and explained the procedure well. His entire staff was highly professional. The procedure itself was very professionally done and completely painless. I have recently been referred for more epidural injections, and have an upcoming appointment to see Dr. Madala again. I wouldn't see anyone else to have these injections done.
Dr Madala & his staff are all very caring people. He is the only dr I would ever go to for treatment.
