Mike was very prompt in responding to my request after a tree fell on my mother’s house and we needed an opinion on the basement walls . He was personable and asked many questions in order to give us an accurate report . He also explained the issues that we had and had occurred due to this accident . The report was sent timely and very detailed!! Highly recommend to anyone needing a Structural Engineer !!

Mike was so helpful at a time when we had a lot of stress about the structure of our house. He came in, was very thorough, wrote up a plan for the repairs needed and double checked after the fact that they were done properly. He set our minds at ease. It also helped that he is a very nice person and a pleasure to work with. Thanks, Mike!

Mike is excellent - I would refer him to anybody looking for a knowledgeable structural engineer. We brought him into our house to take a look at some work Ohio Basement Systems performed on our beams, and he put together a full plan for them to follow, which they did, and the job was done right. He is a very nice guy and great to work with - very accommodating. Can't recommend enough!

We needed a structural engineer and went with a recommendation to use MSE and we could not have been more pleased. Mike communicated promptly, worked us in due to an urgent concern, spoke to us in clear terms for us to understand. He went beyond the scope of what was needed to help us resolve the matter at hand promptly. He was on time and prepared for the times where he had to be on site at our home.
