I LOVE THIS GYM! Every class is different, which keeps it interesting and keeps you progressing. No autopilot workouts, no boredom. It’s challenging in a way that actually builds strength, not just sweat for the sake of it. The trainers are knowledgeable and encouraging! Vibes are great!! I’m 42.5 and in the strongest shape I’ve ever been in. Come fight me!!! If you’re thinking about trying it, do it. It works.
I’ve been to about 5 Madabolic classes and they have all been so fun (and hard!) the studio is so well done, every detail has been thought of, the equipment is very high quality and I love the moody vibe! The whole staff are so nice, helpful and encouraging. Some of my favorite things are the teardrop punching bags and the slide boards (it’s like speed skating). I like that every workout is different but it’s always challenging and I walk away feeling like I got a solid workout in!
Madabolic is awesome! I've generally just worked out by myself, and man, this is way better! The workouts are challenging but so fun (and they go by so fast); the trainers (special shoutout to ever-energetic owner/trainer Alyssa!) are kind, funny, and best of all HELPFUL in learning the movements; and the music slaps. I also really appreciate the variety in class times (personally the 7am is my jam). Give it a try with their 5 classes for $5 - seriously, you won't regret it!
