I just finished my first MADabolic Bend class, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I walked in, Sean at the front desk made me feel SO welcome. He was so friendly, helpful, and made me feel confident about walking into a new space. Coach Taylor was also incredible. I was told that they can't let me in because they have a new trainer that just started demo-ing the workout and that I was 1 minute late. Absolutely ridiculous.
I joined MADabolic because my aging body politely informed me it was time to start prioritizing strength training. They were running a great deal, and one of my favorite humans was coaching there, so I jumped in. The workouts are fun, fast-paced, varied, and surprisingly addictive.
