Was visiting from out of town and the team was so welcoming & friendly! Great workout with intentional programming & functional movement.
I just finished my first MADabolic Bend class, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I walked in, Sean at the front desk made me feel SO welcome. He was so friendly, helpful, and made me feel confident about walking into a new space. Coach Taylor was also incredible. She was knowledgeable about movements & modifications, encouraging, and took the time to check in with me before class, coach throughout the workout, and answer my questions afterward. I was told that they can't let me in because they have a new trainer that just started demo-ing the workout and that I was 1 minute late. Absolutely ridiculous.
