I stumbled into this gym looking for a new gym home in January and was given the remaining month for free. I've been a fitness instructor for almost a decade so my bar is pretty high. I quickly fell in love with the MAD formats and instructors/trainers. I ended up signing up for a monthly membership and truly enjoy going 3-4x a week most weeks. I really enjoyed my workouts. I went to both the north and south location and oh trainers were very friendly and encouraging. They make a point to clearly explain the workout and correct your form if needed. Great workout class for those look for strength training and a group workout environment.
