Rae and her team are the best. They take time to coach with intent and keep the classes fun. It’s a great gym!
Madabolic is a different format from other strength training classes, but I like it a lot. The classes move quickly and I often have the soreness a day or two after that tells me I’ve done the work. I also appreciate that the coaches provide assists and corrections to make sure my form is correct and I’m getting the most out of the movement.
I no longer live in Atlanta, but I make it a point to come visit this gym when I'm town. I really enjoy the mix of cardio and weight training. I can get bored with workouts pretty easily. Madabolic always keeps it interesting and pushes me. I highly recommend it.
I recently moved to Atlanta from Asheville where I started my MAD journey, and I chose where I was going to live based on how conveniently & quickly I could get here (ICYMI: it’s right on the beltline!)
