After experiencing medical issues that left me feeling weak, I went to MAD looking to build my strength. Not only did the training increase my physical strength, but it also positively impacted my emotional and mental health. I had the pleasure of training with Griffin and Tim, who both create an uplifting environment and push you to go beyond your self-imposed limits. Lifting is now a part of my life and I'm grateful for the life changing experience at MAD!
