I’ve finished paying off my car and have “owned” it for close to two years. Am currently unable to sell my car though, since they never released the lien on it. I went in two weeks ago to ask for the paperwork, and was told I’d be called back the next day. I haven’t heard from them still Edit: I finally received my lien release today.
