Great store with fantastic pieces. Worth the drive from Des Moines.
What a great improvement the remodel has accomplished-Dave's great taste for Mid Century furniture,Art, and accessories has never looked better than with the addition of Folk Art and the new gallery display-Congratulations !
I've never found a more committed owner and company on bringing the Mid-century design culture to a wonderful city like Cedar Rapids.
Mad modern is the premier vintage hub of interior and exterior era culture. Dave the owner is an amazing guy and it shows with the pieces he brings into the shop. This place is a little gold mine for the nostalgic for hip.
I always love going into this store to see what unique pieces he's brought in. I saw my first round bed at this place. They used to have a great collection of velvet paintings.
