We went there today with our 5 kids we had a great experience, great food, huge portions, friendly staff! Can't wait to eat there again!!!

This a great place, good burgers, great portion sizes! Some locations are much better than others. The. Newport location is warm, super friendly and well maintained. The Florence location was less than friendly, and a bit cold on arrival. I'll visit Newport again, Florence is closer but I'll not go back.
