Best fish in town , Love the hot pickles
Just got done eating a full pound basa dinner, large mac-n-cheese, greens, green beans, the best damn hot pickle in world, and to top it off...sweet potato pie! EXCELLENT customer service! The woman behind the counter was very nice, and kept talking to me while I waited. And after all of that, told me to have a safe trip home. This is why I LOVE this place!!! I love Mad Jacks best fish place in the city!...When family and friends come to town 1st place I take them. But tonight I had an issue with them, I work in the city down north and on my way home I stopped by to get some fish like normal. I live in Grandview came home took a shower put my night clothes on and was thinking ima tear my basa and fried mushrooms up..To my surprise I had catfish/greens/ coleslaw/spaghetti. ..NOT WHAT I ORDERED. Good food good vibes and they don't let their customers run over them one of the best fish places around and if they make a mistake they fix it. Alot of these people giving their nasty comments probably were rude their selves you have to give respect to get it as consumers we always expect workers to be super human and just take flack off customers who are rude and thats not fair generally the staff is nice and orders are right and it's also the customers job to check their order before they leave no place is perfect.
