Had a business with 5 vehicles, used them for years, always excellent service. Bought a van from a mechanic which neighbor referred to other shop. $2000 later, 3 returns,check engine still on. Took to Mad Hatter and was resolved fairly and in 4 hours. Runs perfect. Thanks Tom and Rich!
From the moment I called and spoke to Tom I knew I was in good hands. Something was leaking from my car. I expected a huge bill. It was a loose drain plug from my previous oil change. They topped off my oil and fixed the plug and no charge. Now will not go to any other place but here for any car service . I also noticed a lot of women coming in and that made me feel better that they also trusted the Mad Hatter. Thanks, Tom and to the my friend who referred me to the shop
Very trustworthy with great service!
Asked for a simple front brake replacement and ended up with new rotors and sensors not needed. I inspected the rotors and simply had a little rust on area not affecting the brakes. I used to work on auto shop. Price was same as dealership and of course no call regarding what “they” wanted to do. Just another rip off shop. Look elsewhere.
